Acceptable Use Policy

Studio·876 locks a character's face and look across every take. That makes it powerful for storytelling and easy to misuse against real people. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you upload, prompt, generate and share.

01Never allowed

These lead to immediate removal and account closure, and where the law requires, a report to the authorities:

  • Any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor, real or fictional. We report child sexual abuse material to law enforcement.
  • Sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their documented consent, including “undressing” or face-swapping someone into sexual content.
  • Deceptive deepfakes of real people: media made to make others believe a real person said or did something they did not, including about elections, public officials, news events, or to defraud, blackmail or harass someone.
  • Content that promotes or supports terrorism or violent extremism, or gives real instructions for weapons capable of mass harm.

02Real people and likeness

  • Only upload a photo, video or voice of a real person if you are that person or have their permission to use their likeness this way. We ask you to confirm this on every reference upload.
  • Parody and commentary about public figures must be clearly presented as such and must not fall into section 1.
  • Do not use another person's likeness to impersonate them, endorse something they have not, or mislead anyone about who made the content.
  • Do not remove or alter the Content Credentials or AI labels on your outputs to pass AI-made media off as real footage or photographs of real events or people.

03Also not allowed

  • Harassment, threats, bullying, or content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
  • Graphic violence or gore made to shock, glorify or incite harm, and content that encourages self-harm.
  • Infringing other people's copyright, trademarks or other rights, including uploading material you have no right to use.
  • Anything illegal, or that helps someone commit a crime, including fraud, scams and fake documents or IDs.
  • Spam, malware, or content meant to trick people into revealing information.

04Using the service fairly

  • Do not try to get around our safety checks or the model providers' filters, for example by misspelling or encoding blocked requests.
  • Do not create multiple accounts for extra trials or credits, share or resell access, or abuse refunds and chargebacks.
  • Do not scrape, overload, probe or attack Studio·876, or access other people's data. Found a security issue? Email [email protected] and we will work with you.

05How we enforce it

  • Prompts are checked before a job runs, uploaded references before they are used, and generated images and video before they are shown. Anything that breaks section 1 is blocked and never stored; blocked runs are not charged. The model providers apply their own safety filters too.
  • We review reports and may remove content, switch off review and share links, suspend or close accounts, and keep records of the violation.
  • We may preserve and share information with law enforcement where the law requires it or a person is at risk of serious harm.
  • If you think we got it wrong, reply to our notice or email [email protected] and a person will look again.

06Report misuse

Use the Report button on any review or share link, or email [email protected]. If content shows you, or someone you represent, without consent, tell us; we act on those reports first. Do not send us copies of child sexual abuse material: send the link, and report it to the police as well.
